The spacious rooms with excellent air conditioning and the charming second-floor swing and balé were lovely touches. The highlight for me was the well-equipped kitchen and dining area, perfect for enjoying meals together.While the villa itself was stunning, some aspects fell short. Housekeeping was inconsistent, with issues like unclean bed covers from previous guests.In terms of amenities, the pool was a great size, including a kiddy pool section ideal for families. Although the location lacks nearby shops, transportation apps like Grab or Gojek are useful for getting around. The provision of a paid shuttle service would enhance guest convenience.Ultimately, Villas Umalas offers a good value for money proposition, providing a beautiful setting with spacious rooms and essential amenities. With some improvements in housekeeping and guest treatment, it could elevate the luxury experience even further.
